Printing Pricing Quotes
I offer what is essentially thousands of options and/or combinations for printing for paper, signs, stickers and other types.
Quantity, different production times, and potential rush production or shipping, paper, coating, scoring, folding, cutting, special effects, custom cuts and more all require custom estimates and I am happy to provide quotes for any of your printing including shipping cost and turn around times.

I'm also happy offer suggestions as to how you might get a better price or quicker production based on your request. Sometimes simply choosing a different paper or size can cut your costs.


Information for Quotes or ordering:

You can give me exact criteria you want or an idea of what your looking for and I can make suggestions. Esentially prices and quotes will be based on the following;

  • Print size
  • Paper type
  • Coating type (if any)
  • Quantify

Paper printing generally has quantity breaks of 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, ....
Sign printing & larger format printing you can typically order as few as one piece (such as banners, floor graphics, yard signs, flags, etc)

  • Date needed in-hands (if you have a definite date you need I have options for rush production and or rush shipping)


Design & Print Specifications:

Please see this article on print specs. Please include the time for me to design and submit for approval and time for any revisions for your order. If providing a file for print please contact me in advance to get proper print specifications. 


Approvals:

IMPORTANT!: Approval is required for all printing. Approval must be submitted as a reply to an email requesting approval. Your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof in writing. it is your responsibility to verify the proof (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc). Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time.

Orders are printed in their "as submitted" form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. Travis Designs DOES NOT make any changes on customer files after approval. Once you submit an order, approve the order and make payment you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Travis Designs will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and Travis Designs will not accept any liability for errors.


Production time:

IMPORTANT!: Production time starts at 9AM Central time. Orders not able to be sent to press by or before 9AM production does not begin until the following day. (Ex; You order 500 post cards and pay your invoice for them on Monday, production does not begin until Tuesday provided the artwork has been approved.)

The type of printing and any specifics like size, finishing (folding, cutting, scoring) will often determine the production time. Typically production times fall into these categories: 2-3 day or 5-7 day. On certain products I can offer faster production. Let me know your deadline and I can offer the soonest time and options for rish production and/or shipping.


Shipping:

Shipping is usually 2 days or less ground shipping via FedEx anywhere in the continental U.S. and also offer delivery to Canada.

Tracking number can be provided upon request.

Each order ships independently to assure the quickest production and shipping time.


Split orders are no longer available. (Ex. you order 500 post cards and need 200 sent to Chicago and 300 sent to New York, you'd need to make 2 orders for ea shipping location)

I do offer receiving, splitting and re-shipping for orders but requires additional charges and shipping costs. Please inquire if you need this service.

Your order will be produced at the location nearest the destination to ensure quickest and most cost effective production and delivery times. (Some items have exception to this such as stickers and some signage)

Printing production tales place as one of 9 locations in the U.S. and one location in Canada for most printing. I also source printing from other qualified vendors if your request requires it. 


Over/Under Runs
Although I endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Travis Designs reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity which is typical industry standard. More often than not, you'll receive over runs. If a minimum quantity is a necessity I recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.


Changes and Cancellations:

Once your order has been sent to press it cannot be cancelled, changed or otherwise.


Problems with your order:

This rarely happens but if you do receive an order that seems it has a problem with how it was produced do not distribute the item. I'll need good images, some physical samples and/or all of the printing order to see if it qualifies for a free reprint or credit. Since printing is all custom I cannot offer refinds but can offer reprints of the exact job (no changes to artwork, quantity or destination) or a credit for the amount of the order toward a future order.


Who does my Printing?

The printers I use does not sell to the public but only to print brokers like myself and I don;t offer their details.  This assures the best quality printing as I (the print broker) eliminates the need to know and understand all the details regarding color models, offset print specification, industry standards, bleed sizes, safety areas, gripper placement, etc. Thereby providing you a more seamless experience to get the best price on quality professionally designed and printed materials.

I waited 4 years to offer printing after repeated request form customers. I researched quality providers before offering paper and signage printing and only until I found one that offered the best quality, variety, price and production times and have been offering great quality and prices since 2005.
